Happiness Storyteller

Special Prize $100 USD X 10 people

This special prize “Happiness Storyteller” is for participants who share the stories behind their designs and why those things make them happy on Instagram.

Here’s how you can receive this special prize:

  • Share your designs on Instagram using the hashtags #MiriCanvas_DesignContest, #MiriCanvas, #DesignHub, and tag @miricanvas_creative (we can only view public accounts)
  • Share the stories behind your designs and why those things make you happy in the caption.
  • Winners will be selected based on their the number of likes on their posts until 7th January 2023 17:00 (UTC+9).

Each design element shall be an isolated element and follow DesignHub content guidelines-> Element Design Guideline

  • Must submit more than 10 and less than 20 design elements.
  • Designs must be submitted either in PNG or SVG formats

Judging Criteria

1. Creativity and Uniqueness

Your designs will be evaluated based on their distinctiveness and originality compared to the existing designs on MiriCanvas.

2. Commerciality

This criterion assesses both the alignment with current design trends and the level of refinement and polish present in the designs.

3. Diversity of each design element

This criterion evaluates the range and variety present within each design element submitted, offering a broad spectrum of creativity and perspectives related to your happiness.

Only designs in SVG or PNG formats will be accepted.

As you need to submit your entries on DesignHub, the files you submit should follow the DesignHub guidelines: Element Design Guideline

Any work you submit should be 100% of your own creation. Copying or tracing a design or artwork in full or in part is not permitted.

The designs should not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party.

You can join this contest only if you have registered for the Contributor program after 00:00 (UTC+9) on 1st December 2023.

This contest is only open to individuals who are 18 years or older. We’re sorry if you’re not eligible to participate, but we hope you’ll keep an eye out for future opportunities that you can be a part of!

The ownership of the design lies with the artist. However, all design submissions will be subject to the MIRI D.I.H Co., Ltd.’s Terms of Service (https://designhub.miricanvas.com/terms).

Choosing the Premium (Paid) License option for your designs on DesignHub ensures that every time a paid MiriCanvas user utilizes your creations, you’ll earn royalties. However, if you opt for the Standard (Free) License, no royalties will be earned. The best part? You have the freedom to select the license type for each element individually. Mix and match by submitting some elements as Premium and others as Free, giving you complete control over your earning potential. It’s your choice!
