Is MiriCanvas free to use?

Absolutely! MiriCanvas is free for all users. You can use the Free plan, and upgrade to the Pro plan if you want to use premium content, features, and extra storage. All plans are subject to the same license agreement. For details on the scope of usage and restrictions on MiriCanvas, please see the License Agreement.

How can I check which templates and content are included in the Pro or Enterprise plan?

Accepted Answer

The Pro and Enterprise plan users have access to all templates and content, including the premium features. The thumbnails for premium templates and content are marked with a crown. Users on the Free plan must upgrade their plans to Pro or Enterprise to use premium templates.

To access premium content, the Free plan users must purchase it individually. The Pro and Enterprise plan users can enjoy access to all our templates and content without additional purchases.

Question 3

What's the difference between the Pro and Enterprise plans?

Accepted Answer

The Enterprise plan offers more storage than the Pro plan, plus Team Drive and Brand Kit. The Enterprise plan also supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and API integration. The Enterprise plan is best for large franchises, agencies, and organizations with multiple branches. I can't decide which plan to use.

Accepted Answer

Our Free plan is perfect for designers who work on their own and produce a limited number of designs each month. If you work in teams and frequently collaborate and share, we recommend the Pro plan, which lets you invite more members and create more Team Drives. Designers who work on a large number of designs each month and require access to more content are encouraged to subscribe to the Pro plan.

Still unsure? Then try the free trial (%{period}) of our Pro plan to get a better idea. You won't be billed if you cancel the Pro plan before the free trial period expires.

Question 5

When will I be billed for my plan?

Accepted Answer

You will not be billed during your free trial of the Pro plan. Each user is limited to one free trial of the Pro plan, which lasts for %{period}. You will be billed automatically at the end of the free trial with the provided payment method.

If you do not wish to be billed for the Pro plan, please cancel your Pro plan in [Settings > Subscription Settings] before the free trial expires. Even if your Pro plan is canceled before the end of the free trial, you will be able to continue using the free trial features for the remaining period. At the end of the period, your subscription will be automatically switched to the Free plan.
